49P Offence to contravene firearm prohibition order (b) the person intentionally engages in conduct; and (c) the conduct results in the person acquiring a firearm or firearm related item and the person is reckless in relation to that result. (2) A person commits an offence if: (b) the person intentionally possesses or uses a firearm or firearm related item. (3) Strict liability applies to subsections (1)(a) and (2)(a).
