49H Duration of order (1) A firearm prohibition order that relates to a person who is 18 years of age or older remains in force for 10 years from the day on which it is served on the person under section 49J. (2) A firearm prohibition order that relates to a person who is under 18 years of age remains in force for 5 years from the day on which it is served on the person under section 49J.
