29A Possession of firearms held under firearms museum licence The holder of a firearms museum licence must not permit a person to possess a firearm held under the licence unless: (a) the person is: (i) the holder of a firearms employee licence; and (ii) an employee of the holder of the firearms museum (b) the firearm is in the possession of the person for a purpose relating to the person's duties as an employee.
