25 Use of firearm under firearms collector licence (1) The holder of a firearms collector licence must not use, or carry for the purpose of using, a firearm to which the licence relates unless he or she does so in accordance with a permit. (2) The Commissioner is, by notice served on the holder of a firearms collector licence, to revoke the licence where the holder is found guilty of an offence against subsection (1).
