108 Commencement of prosecutions A prosecution for an offence against this Act is to be commenced: (a) not later than 12 months after the commission of the offence; or
Firearms Act 1997 119 (b) not later than 12 months after the offence is discovered but, in any event, not later than 2 years after the commission of the offence.
