98 Minors firearms licences—cancellation The registrar must cancel a minors firearms licence— Note For when the registrar must refuse to issue a minors firearms licence, see s 88. (c) if satisfied on reasonable grounds that the licensee is not suitable; or (d) for any other reason prescribed by regulation.
