69 Adult firearms licences—restrictions on issue of firearms
dealer licences
The registrar must not issue a firearms dealer licence to an adult
unless satisfied on reasonable grounds that—
(a) an individual who is, or will be, a close associate of the adult is
suitable; and
(b) the adult will be the person primarily responsible for the
management of the business to be carried on under the licence.
