47 Offence—notice of lost, stolen and destroyed licences A licensee commits an offence if— (a) the licence is lost, stolen or destroyed; and (b) the licensee knows about the loss, theft or destruction; and (c) the licensee fails to tell the registrar about the loss, theft or destruction within 7 days after the day the licensee becomes aware of the loss, theft or destruction.
