32 Effect of certain declarations
A person does not commit an offence against this Act in relation to
the possession or use of a thing that is the subject of a declaration
under section 31 (1) (a) or (b) if the elements of the offence happen
less than 2 days after the day the declaration is notified under the
Legislation Act.
