256 Misuse of licences and permits A person must not— (a) falsely represent themself to be the holder of a licence or permit (whether or not it is in force); or (b) give possession of a licence or permit to another person for the purpose of using it unlawfully; or (c) knowingly have possession of a borrowed or stolen licence or permit.
