246 Offence—selling ammunition to people from outside ACT (1) A licensed firearms dealer must not sell ammunition to a person who lives in a State or another Territory. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the dealer believes on reasonable grounds that the person’s possession of the ammunition in the State or other Territory is not prohibited by a law of the State or Territory.
