224 Offences—operation of shooting ranges (1) A person commits an offence if the person operates a shooting range other than an approved shooting range. (a) operates an approved shooting range; and (b) is not licensed to operate the shooting range. Note A person must not operate a firearm shooting range unless the person holds an environmental authorisation to operate the firearm shooting range (see Environment Protection Act 1997, s 41 and sch 1).
