221 Discharge etc of firearm—public places etc
(1) A person must not, without reasonable excuse—
(a) have a firearm in their possession in or near a street or public
place; or
(b) discharge a firearm in, near or onto a street or public place;
except with the written approval of the registrar.
(2) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, have a firearm in their
possession in a place (other than a street or public place) so as to
endanger the life of another person.
