200 Security of displayed firearms
(1) A licensed firearms dealer who displays firearms on the dealer’s
premises must ensure that those firearms are secured in a manner that
would reasonably prevent their removal otherwise than by the dealer
or any employee of the dealer.
(2) A licensed firearms dealer commits an offence if the dealer fails to
ensure that each firearm displayed in any part of the registered
premises—
(a) is under the immediate supervision and control of the dealer or
an employee of the dealer; and
(b) is not displayed to the public unless reasonable precautions are
taken to prevent it from being stolen.
