198 Offence—monthly returns (1) Not later than 7 days after the end of each month, a licensed firearms dealer must give the registrar a return for the month that contains the particulars mentioned in section 194 (2) (Acquisition and disposal— records). (2) A licensed firearms dealer commits an offence if the dealer does not take all reasonable steps to give a return in accordance with this section.
