169 User registration—request for further information etc (1) This section applies to an application for registration as a user of a Registration of firearms users Division 11.4 (3) The registrar may give the registered owner of the firearm a written notice requiring the registered owner to produce the firearm to the registrar to allow the registrar to— (a) identify the firearm by inspecting it; and (b) decide if the firearm is safe.
