159 Two-yearly reviews
(1) The registrar must, at least once every 2 years, undertake a review of
the register to assess the accuracy of information in the register.
(2) In undertaking the review, the registrar need not check every entry in
the register, but may sample the entries either randomly or
systematically to assess the accuracy of information.
(3) The registrar must—
(a) prepare a written report stating—
(i) when the review was carried out; and
(ii) the results of the review; and
(b) not later than 3 months after the day the review is finished, give
the report to the director-general.
