157 Contents of register
The register consists of—
(a) for each registered firearm—
(i) the owner and user particulars; and
(ii) the address of the premises in the ACT where the firearm—
(A) is or is to be stored; or
(B) if the registered owner is a licensed firearms dealer—
may be available for sale; and
(iii) any other particulars prescribed by regulation; and
(b) for each registered user of a registered firearm—
(i) if the registered user is employed by a licensed firearms
dealer—the dealer’s name; and
(ii) if the registered user is employed by a composite entity that
holds a category A, category B, category C or category H
licence—the composite entity’s name; and
(iii) if the registered user is a member of an approved club—the
approved club’s name; and
(iv) any other particulars prescribed by regulation; and
(c) any other information required under this Act to be included in
the register.
