154 Regulations about permits to acquire A regulation may make provision in relation to any of the following: (a) the way in which an application for a permit to acquire a firearm may or must be made; (b) the particulars an application for a permit to acquire a firearm must include; (c) the conditions that may be imposed on a permit to acquire a firearm, or to which the permit is subject; (d) the reasons for which a permit to acquire a firearm may be suspended or cancelled.
