150 Offence—notice of lost, stolen and destroyed permits to acquire The holder of a permit to acquire a firearm commits an offence if— (a) the permit is lost, stolen or destroyed; and (b) the holder knows about the loss, theft or destruction; and (c) the holder fails to tell the registrar about the loss, theft or destruction within 7 days after the day the holder becomes aware of the loss, theft or destruction.
