137 Temporary recognition of interstate category C licences
(1) This section applies to an individual interstate licensee if the
individual—
(a) is a resident of a State or another Territory and comes to the
ACT for the purpose of taking part in an approved shooting
competition; and
(b) holds an interstate licence that corresponds to a category C
licence that authorises the individual to possess or use a firearm
for the genuine reason of sport or target shooting.
