129 Temporary international firearms licences—form
A temporary international firearms licence must—
(a) state the licensee’s name and address while in the ACT; and
(d) state that it is a temporary international firearms licence; and
(e) state the licence category; and
Note The end date must not be more than 3 months after the day the
licence begins (see s 131 (2)).
(g) state the particulars prescribed by regulation of the firearm for
which the licence is issued; and
(h) state the calibre of ammunition the licensee is authorised to
acquire or possess; and
(i) state the genuine reason established by the licensee to possess or
(j) for a licence issued for the genuine reason of international
visitor—state the purpose for which the firearm may be
possessed or used; and
(k) contain any other particulars prescribed by regulation.
