126 Temporary international firearms licences—refusal (1) The registrar must refuse to issue a temporary international firearms licence to an applicant for the licence unless satisfied on reasonable grounds— (b) that the applicant is a resident of a foreign country; and (c) that the applicant holds a foreign firearms licence; and (d) that the applicant has a genuine reason for possessing or using a (e) that the applicant will comply with part 12 (Safe storage of firearms) in relation to each firearm held under the licence.
