117 Composite entity firearms licences—period in force A composite entity firearms licence begins on the day it is issued and remains in force, subject to this Act— (a) for 2 years; or (b) if a shorter period is prescribed by regulation—for the shorter period prescribed. Example—par (a) A composite entity firearms licence is issued on 1 January 2009. It ends on 31 December 2010 (at the end of that day).
