113 Composite entity firearms licences—restriction on issue
of category H licences
The registrar must not issue a category H composite entity firearms
licence unless—
(a) the genuine reason established by the composite entity to
possess or use a firearm is carrying on business in the ACT as a
security organisation; or
(b) the entity produces evidence that satisfies the registrar that the
entity has a special need to possess or use a pistol; or
(c) the entity is an approved club and the pistol is to be used for
sport or target shooting.
