104 Composite entity firearms licences—refusal
(1) On application, the registrar must refuse to issue a composite entity
firearms licence unless satisfied on reasonable grounds—
(a) about the identity of the composite entity and the principal
making the application; and
(b) that the principal making the application is suitable; and
(c) that the composite entity has a genuine reason for possessing or
using a firearm; and

(d) that the composite entity will comply with part 12 (Safe storage
of firearms) in relation to each registered firearm held under the
