104 Composite entity firearms licences—refusal (1) On application, the registrar must refuse to issue a composite entity firearms licence unless satisfied on reasonable grounds— (a) about the identity of the composite entity and the principal making the application; and (b) that the principal making the application is suitable; and (c) that the composite entity has a genuine reason for possessing or using a firearm; and Note See s 108 (Composite entity firearms licences—genuine reasons to possess or use firearms). (d) that the composite entity will comply with part 12 (Safe storage of firearms) in relation to each registered firearm held under the (e) that each registered firearm held under the licence will be stored in the ACT.
