sec.8A Levy classes for particular levy districts for financial year starting 1 July 2025— Act , s 152I
This section applies in relation to the levy class of a levy district, other than the levy district of Yelarbon, for the financial year starting on 1 July 2025. The levy class of the levy district for the financial year starting on 1 July 2025 is the levy class that applied in relation to the levy district under section 8 (1) , (2) , (3) , (4) or (5) for the financial year starting on 1 July 2024. s 8A ins 2025 SL No. 53 s 16 (sec.8A-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to the levy class of a levy district, other than the levy district of Yelarbon, for the financial year starting on 1 July 2025. (sec.8A-ssec.2) The levy class of the levy district for the financial year starting on 1 July 2025 is the levy class that applied in relation to the levy district under section 8 (1) , (2) , (3) , (4) or (5) for the financial year starting on 1 July 2024.
