sec.4 Requirements for a request for issue of a prohibition notice— Act , s 145B

A request under section 145B (2) of the Act , must be made to the commissioner in writing and include the following— the name and address of the person making the request; the address or location of the adjoining land; attaching a map or plan showing the location of the adjoining land the reasons for the request. The person making the request must give a copy of the request to the occupier of adjoining land. s 4 amd 2023 Act No. 11 s 34 s ch 1 pt 1 ; 2024 Act No. 22 s 92 sch 1 (sec.4-ssec.1) A request under section 145B (2) of the Act , must be made to the commissioner in writing and include the following— the name and address of the person making the request; the address or location of the adjoining land; attaching a map or plan showing the location of the adjoining land the reasons for the request. (sec.4-ssec.2) The person making the request must give a copy of the request to the occupier of adjoining land.
