sec.16 Payments by local governments to department— Act , s 152S
For section 152S (5) of the Act , definition declared period , the following periods are declared periods— for a local government for a local government area mentioned in schedule 3 — 1 July to 30 September 1 October to 31 December 1 January to 31 March 1 April to 31 May 1 June to 30 June; for a local government for a local government area mentioned in schedule 4 — 1 July to 30 September 1 October to 31 March 1 April to 30 June. s 16 amd 2013 SL No. 110 s 20 ; 2024 Act No. 22 s 92 sch 1
- (a) for a local government for a local government area mentioned in schedule 3 — • 1 July to 30 September • 1 October to 31 December • 1 January to 31 March • 1 April to 31 May • 1 June to 30 June;
