sec.14 Discount for pensioners— Act , s 152K
A pension payable under a law of the Commonwealth is declared to be a pension for section 152K of the Act . For section 152K (2) of the Act , it is declared that a pensioner, who is the owner of a prescribed property that is the pensioner’s principal place of residence, is granted a discount of 20% on the contributions payable under chapter 5 , part 3A of the Act , for the property. s 14 amd 2024 Act No. 22 s 92 sch 1 (sec.14-ssec.1) A pension payable under a law of the Commonwealth is declared to be a pension for section 152K of the Act . (sec.14-ssec.2) For section 152K (2) of the Act , it is declared that a pensioner, who is the owner of a prescribed property that is the pensioner’s principal place of residence, is granted a discount of 20% on the contributions payable under chapter 5 , part 3A of the Act , for the property.
