sec.25B Employment on merit

In considering an applicant’s ability to perform the requirements of a position for the purpose of the Public Sector Act 2022 , section 45 (2) (a) , the person undertaking the recruitment and selection process must consider whether the applicant has the mandatory qualifications, skills or experience the commissioner considers necessary for the position (the requisite conditions ).
