sec.232 Continued application of applicable transitional provisions
An applicable transitional provision continues to apply despite its repeal by the amending Act. This section does not limit the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 20. In this section— applicable transitional provision means any of the following provisions— previous section 155; previous section 159; previous section 172; previous section 177; previous section 202. s 232 ins 2024 No. 22 s 81 (sec.232-ssec.1) An applicable transitional provision continues to apply despite its repeal by the amending Act. (sec.232-ssec.2) This section does not limit the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 20. (sec.232-ssec.3) In this section— applicable transitional provision means any of the following provisions— previous section 155; previous section 159; previous section 172; previous section 177; previous section 202.
