sec.225 Continued application of previous s 25 in particular circumstances
This section applies to a person employed under this Act immediately before the commencement in a role equivalent to that of a senior executive under the Public Sector Act 2022 , section 188. Previous section 25 continues to apply to the person while the person is employed in that role under the person’s contract of employment in effect on the commencement as if this Act had not been amended by the amending Act. s 225 ins 2024 No. 22 s 81 (sec.225-ssec.1) This section applies to a person employed under this Act immediately before the commencement in a role equivalent to that of a senior executive under the Public Sector Act 2022 , section 188. (sec.225-ssec.2) Previous section 25 continues to apply to the person while the person is employed in that role under the person’s contract of employment in effect on the commencement as if this Act had not been amended by the amending Act.
