sec.154B Report of fire
The commissioner may, if asked by an insurer, give the insurer details of a report in the commissioner’s possession relating to the attendance at a fire or other emergency incident by— a fire service officer; or another person who is subject to the direction of the commissioner. s 154B ins 2014 No. 17 s 100 amd 2024 No. 22 s 92 sch 1
- (a) a fire service officer; or
- (b) another person who is subject to the direction of the commissioner.
