sec.152V Payment of arrears
Where any amount relating to contributions payable in respect of prescribed property is in arrears, the owner may apply in writing to the local government in whose area the property is situated for approval to pay the outstanding amount in instalments. The local government may refuse the application or may grant it subject to any conditions it thinks fit. s 152V (prev s 121) amd 2013 No. 28 s 51 sch 2 reloc and renum 2024 No. 22 s 60 (2) (sec.152V-ssec.1) Where any amount relating to contributions payable in respect of prescribed property is in arrears, the owner may apply in writing to the local government in whose area the property is situated for approval to pay the outstanding amount in instalments.
