sec.152L Duties of owner of prescribed property and local government
An owner of prescribed property must, in accordance with this division, pay to the local government in whose area the property is situated the annual contributions in respect of the property and any other amounts the local government is authorised to impose pursuant to this division. Subject to this division a local government must collect those annual contributions and other amounts. s 152L (prev s 111) amd 2013 No. 28 s 51 sch 2 ; 2024 No. 22 s 92 sch 1 reloc and renum 2024 No. 22 s 60 (2) (sec.152L-ssec.1) An owner of prescribed property must, in accordance with this division, pay to the local government in whose area the property is situated the annual contributions in respect of the property and any other amounts the local government is authorised to impose pursuant to this division. (sec.152L-ssec.2) Subject to this division a local government must collect those annual contributions and other amounts.
