sec.151F Dealing with forfeited thing
On the forfeiture of a thing to the State, the thing becomes the State’s property and may be dealt with by the State as it considers appropriate. Without limiting subsection (1) , the State may destroy the thing. s 151F ins 2014 No. 17 s 100 amd 2024 No. 22 s 92 sch 1 (sec.151F-ssec.1) On the forfeiture of a thing to the State, the thing becomes the State’s property and may be dealt with by the State as it considers appropriate. (sec.151F-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , the State may destroy the thing.
