sec.151D Allegations of false or misleading information or document
In a proceeding for an offence against this Act defined as involving false or misleading information, or a false or misleading document, it is enough for a charge to state the information or document was ‘false or misleading’, without specifying which. s 151D ins 2014 No. 17 s 100 amd 2024 No. 22 s 92 sch 1
