sec.150E Failure to comply with requisition etc.
A person must not fail to comply with a requisition made, or a direction, notification or notice given, under this Act, unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units or 6 months imprisonment. s 150E ins 2014 No. 17 s 100 amd 2024 No. 22 s 92 sch 1
