sec.150BA Assault of persons performing functions or exercising powers
A person must not assault another person performing a function or exercising a power under this Act. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units or 6 months imprisonment. In this section— assault has the meaning given by the Criminal Code , section 245 . s 150BA ins 2023 No. 11 s 10 (sec.150BA-ssec.1) A person must not assault another person performing a function or exercising a power under this Act.
