sec.149ZE Issue of identity card
The commissioner must issue an identity card to each investigation officer. The identity card must— contain a recent photo of the investigation officer; and contain a copy of the investigation officer’s signature; and identify the person as an investigation officer under this Act; and state an expiry date for the card. This section does not prevent the issue of a single identity card to a person for this Act and other purposes. s 149ZE (prev s 60F) ins 2008 No. 64 s 20 reloc and renum 2024 No. 22 s 38 (2) (sec.149ZE-ssec.1) The commissioner must issue an identity card to each investigation officer.
