sec.149Y Directions concerning exercise of powers
The exercise of a power conferred by or under this part on an authorised fire officer or any other person must be in accordance with any direction given by the commissioner and with any code of practice. s 149Y (prev s 60) amd 1996 No. 42 s 21 sch 2 ; 2001 No. 76 s 24 (1) reloc and renum 2024 No. 22 s 37 (2)
