sec.149X Person acting at direction of authorised fire officer
Any power conferred upon an authorised fire officer may be exercised by any person acting at the direction of an authorised fire officer and any power so exercised is taken to have been exercised by an authorised fire officer. s 149X (prev s 59) reloc and renum 2024 No. 22 s 37 (2)
