sec.148X Definitions for part
In this part— attend to , for a fire or other incident— means take all reasonable measures to deal with danger that is or may be caused by the fire or incident to a person or property or the environment; and includes being in attendance at a fire or incident in readiness to act. service means a service provided under chapter 4 , part 1 , this chapter or chapter 4B , part 1 . s 148X def service amd 2024 No. 22 s 92 sch 1 s 148X (prev s 128B) ins 2014 No. 17 s 100 amd 2024 No. 22 s 92 sch 1 reloc and renum 2024 No. 22 s 61 (2)
- (a) means take all reasonable measures to deal with danger that is or may be caused by the fire or incident to a person or property or the environment; and
- (b) includes being in attendance at a fire or incident in readiness to act.
