sec.147A Form of certificate of compliance
A certificate of compliance— subject to this Act, may be issued in any convenient form and if convenient be in respect of more than 1 building or building use; must state specifically or by reference the fire safety installations the maintenance of which were required for the issue of the certificate. s 147A prev s 147A ins 2014 No. 17 s 100 om 2024 No. 18 s 11 pres s 147A (prev s 104J) ins 1991 No. 51 s 3 0.14 reloc and renum 2024 No. 22 s 56 (2)
- (a) subject to this Act, may be issued in any convenient form and if convenient be in respect of more than 1 building or building use;
