sec.146T Guidelines for preparing fire safety management plans
The commissioner may issue guidelines for preparing fire safety management plans. Before issuing the guidelines, the commissioner must consult with any entity the commissioner considers appropriate. s 146T (prev s 104FD) ins 2002 No. 7 s 12 amd 2014 No. 17 s 184 sch 1 pt 4 reloc and renum 2024 No. 22 s 56 (2) (sec.146T-ssec.1) The commissioner may issue guidelines for preparing fire safety management plans.
