sec.146I Punishment for certain offences against this part

A person convicted of— an offence defined in section 146F (2) ; or an offence consisting in a failure to notify a change of circumstances, as required by section 146G (1) , that substantially reduces the effectiveness of a plan; or an offence consisting in a failure to comply with a notice given under this part; is liable to a maximum penalty of 250 penalty units or 1 year’s imprisonment. s 146I (prev s 104) amd 1995 No. 55 s 19 ; 2001 No. 76 s 11 sch 2 ; 2024 No. 22 s 92 sch 1 reloc and renum 2024 No. 22 s 53 (2)

• (a) an offence defined in section 146F (2) ; or
• (b) an offence consisting in a failure to notify a change of circumstances, as required by section 146G (1) , that substantially reduces the effectiveness of a plan; or
• (c) an offence consisting in a failure to comply with a notice given under this part;
