sec.146E Amendment of plan
An off-site emergency plan may be amended with the approval of the commissioner. The commissioner may give a notice to a person responsible for an off-site emergency plan requiring that the plan be amended and lodged with the commissioner for approval. s 146E (prev s 100) amd 1996 No. 42 s 21 sch 2 ; 2001 No. 76 s 24 (1) reloc and renum 2024 No. 22 s 53 (2) (sec.146E-ssec.1) An off-site emergency plan may be amended with the approval of the commissioner.
