sec.145S Evidentiary aid about local fire ban
In a proceeding for an offence against section 145R , a certificate purporting to be signed by the commissioner stating the following matters is evidence of the matters— on a stated day, or during a stated period, a local fire ban was in force at a stated place; the types of fire the lighting of which was prohibited under the ban. s 145S (prev s 86G) ins 1995 No. 55 s 15 amd 1996 No. 42 s 21 sch 2 ; 2001 No. 76 s 24 (1) ; 2024 No. 22 s 92 sch 1 reloc and renum 2024 No. 22 s 52 (2)
- (a) on a stated day, or during a stated period, a local fire ban was in force at a stated place;
- (b) the types of fire the lighting of which was prohibited under the ban.
