sec.145R Contravening local fire ban
While a local fire ban is in force, a person must not light a fire in the fire ban area if the lighting of the fire is prohibited under the ban. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units or 6 months imprisonment. s 145R (prev s 86F) ins 1995 No. 55 s 15 reloc and renum 2024 No. 22 s 52 (2)
